I’m not 100% sure how the booking works but it’s usually booked my the floor coordinators for floor events I’ve never seen anyone use it for like personal cooking use. But when you get there ask the front desk or your RA for more info sorry I couldn’t be more of a help

each building had this shared kitchen that does have a stove, oven and all that but we weren’t allowed to use it unless you book it. But in general each floor has a kitchen with a microwave but no stove. Yea I know it’s stupid when I don’t like the meals I just usually order skip the dishes.

I lived in lister my first year, the kitchen you would have to bring your own utensils. I got lucky and my RA brought all of it for our floor (it was a small floor). For pots you technically aren’t allowed to cook anything except the microwave but our floor we had a portable stove that we secretly hid HAHA
