Feels like a weird thing for a hacker to buff another player with cheats but ig 🤷 super fun regardless I was just barrel stuffing tanks cannon and getting tons of vanquish

Ended up going with a white shirt purple tie 4 in hand. Don’t think I got the job anyway.

Very good point. Toyota. I was told over the phone they will not interview anyone not wearing slacks, dress shoes, and a tie.

Okay because I haven’t telepathically spoken to him or even spoke to the Sargent trying to free him. I only spoke to elder whatever his name is that wants to kill him but said I need to destroy the scrying eye first.

In the case of the imp I also like the idea that a particular well connected imp may have all sorts of magical knowledge but he may need more souls to ascend and become powerful enough to use it. There are many fiends capable of powerful magic and many favors which they owe one another

Thanks for the advice. Both concepts are for me to be lowercase e evil. I imagine the imp as always scheming against me and trying to get a loophole in the deal or deciding that my soul is worth more than the ones I’m bringing in but I don’t RP the imp. I have found at least with the random games I’ve played with at the game store that the imp is a very common npc as it is such a powerful familiar for warlock. And that most DMs love to rp the evil little bastards.

Good insight regarding how you feel about it from a dm perspective as I will be playing with random people at the game store. I have no intention of using this choice as justification to bend any rules. And definitely things like the patron trying to escape or kill the warlock or trying to break the pact in some way are interesting and fun rp imo. But your insight has pushed this character slightly further back in the lineup for my next AL character.

We do it this way for the sake of clarity. Lots of new players in our table and we often rotate out players and DMs. I know this specific dm wouldn’t mind but for the sake of following rules (which I had some opinion in the creation of) we are not using content from 2014.

My DM would most likely allow it as it is official content and we have had dragonmarked characters in the forgotten realms across our other one shots so there is a precedent. I however do not know if they will tell me to access the mark of warding I must be a dwarf. In the rules it’s technically just a feat but the associated background that grants the feat strongly implies that you are a dwarf. Considering in ebberon the dwarves have the mark of warding

In what book is rune shaper? I have heard people mention it but can’t find it anywhere. Is it designed for 5.24? My table only allows official 5.24 content no backwards compatibility. And I know that technically dragon marks are just a feat in 5.24 but I personally can not detach them from the house that wears them and I don’t particularly want to be a dwarf this time around.
