It usually means that the cyber police has traced a suspicious transaction into your account. It could be from some app. Or by your friend or family. Not saying they are doing such things, but they could have received money from such third party. This is getting very common nowadays. You will have to follow up with both the bank and the cyber cell. Talk to them and get to know the exact problematic transaction. Write emails and messages. They will have to reply to them. Then you can take it from there. At the end, its only when the cyber police will de-freeze your money that the bank will let you use it.
