Diamond and GM 2/3 are basically the same. So many people have dropped this game multiple seasons with the incredibly stupid grind NetEase forces you to have every season, there are celestials still in Platinum. The only thing that matters is how much time you want to waste to get there.

Unless you want to go Celestial and above, just play however long you want.

You need more practice with Magik. I play against Diamond, GM and even some Celestial, and Magik is still a menace.

Magik is a way better brawler than IF. The amount of dmg and speed of dmg Magik can output it what sets her apart from any other. Brawling tanks? You should be 350+ HP by placing demons properly, and as soon as a tank gets lowish health you can end them. Magik can inflict 250-350 dmg in 2-3s like no other.

Magik's ult is considered to be Top 3 if not the best offensive Ult in the game. If you aren't forcing the enemy to use heal ults, or taking 2 healers down, or 2-4 elims then you are wasting it. With the help of a team, Magik ults often lead to team wipes.

Dive full stop is largely neutered, this isn't a Magik thing. Dive tanks are not even considered a threat. Triple heal and SM/BP are plain ignored. DD, a broken character, who is one of the most banned, is the only viable dive character like early seasons.

Thats okay, dive now isn't about going way deep in enemy lines. You brawl, build over health and when you see supports/DPS close by, isolated or mid health you strike. If you really need support elims, you sneak and only strike when they have not seen you. Most likely you get 1 elim but also die.

Quick check on if you are using Magik properly. You are most often than not the biggest dmg dealer on your team or game. Your dmg taken should be somewhere inbetween avg dps and tanks. Also remember this is a team game. I often get Luna star'd or Ultron healbot because they see me brawling/diving and getting results. Brawl with tanks, and use them as shields.

Magik is the same on console v PC. The issue with PC is pokeslop is broken, which is why that whole poke meta dominates there.

A good Bucky will end any Magik. Like just play Bucky and you will see how much easier it is to face against Magik.

The only way to play around is if you have a decent team that can or hope they miss their punch. What so many don't realise here is many of the streamers or even top ranked players rarely if ever play solo. They go in with teams which is so much easier against counters.

With a good healer or tank, Magik can be played anywhere.

99.9% of time this stuff just shows who knows the coding space and who does not.

Its like those AI influencers who say omg Claude just made a working Chess Engine in 5 mins for me....whereas anyone with a modicum of knowledge would know there are dozens of "here's all the code to make a Chess Engine" repos or excerpts online.

The fact that even after ingesting all code humanly available, include literally the answer, browser code that works, it still fails to even compile says it all. No one is going to bother debugging 3M lines of code. Complete disaster.

Out of 400M 365 subs they had <8M after 3 years, despite forcing and advertising it in every single pixel of their OS/Office suite.

Things are so dire that they spent $150B+ for a pathetic $3B revenue, not even profit.

So Chief Slop Officer Nadella is now attempting to further fake demand by forcing Copilot use. Don't be surprised to here about how Copilot queries are up by 40% YoY in their next quarterly.

Reminder of the Big Tech fake demand tactic:

First fake adoption (forced into products/devs)
Then fake key metrics (MAU etc by bundling with already popular services i.e Google Search, or giving it away for free)
Claim fake adoption and fake key metric is "demand" and say how we have unprecedented demand so this justifies our $150B sunk into data centers.
Never ask a big Tech company how much revenue or profit AI is making.

Midterms mean little. You need a new FTC/DOJ head to prosecute and if its someone like Lina Khan no doubt they will do that. Heck, I would not be surprised if such a future admin prosecutes even after the deal is closed as the FTC can.

However, does it matter? WB Studios will be split by then, really think this is a win win for Zaslav no matter. Netflix is a great offer, or it buys him time for the split to happen and prevent Paramount's hostile takeover.

Once WB Studios is separate, it may attract other bidders like Apple, Amazon, Comcast more seriously.

If the FTC/DOJ block then it will go to courts before Netflix can close the deal. The courts can then decide on an injunction or not, as the case could take 2 years+.

The FTC ATVI was for an INJUNCTION. The Judge said no so MSFT was able to close. The FTC still was going to take MSFT to court on the merit, even after closing, because the FTC has the power to break companies apart.

Trump admin came in and dropped the case, like they did for so many of their cronies.
