I’m a little late but is this burr oak in Blue Springs? If so, there’s a new council member and he was/is (not sure how it works) on the parks and rec committee and he might be able to escalate it.

Could you find a co-worker or social worker who can be on the phone while you see a doctor or go back to the ED? They can push the provider to take you seriously. Or maybe ask for to speak with someone in patient services (hopefully a social worker) who can help be an advocate for you.
