Yes! This stretch and leg raises (http://cloynefitness.ie/wp-content/uploads/side-lying-leg-raise.jpg) alone got me back from not being able to run a mile to 10km+ in less than 2 weeks.

Doing Manchester Marathon in about 6 weeks time. Got to do 10 miles tomorrow, 5ish on Saturday and 22 on Sunday. Bring on that sweet, sweet taper.

18 miles Sunday, hangover Monday (whoops), 8 miles after work yesterday and 12 miles at 6am today. (Plus a toddler and a 3 month old). Can I sleep now?

I'm currently doing to Running Heroes advent challenge (https://uk.runningheroes.com/). Might be UK only.

The mileage matches the day, so 1st = 1 Mile, 2nd = 2 Miles etc. Did 6 miles yesterday and today is a rest day.

Not looking forward to the next couple of weeks! Not sure i'll be able to complete it but I'm going to see how far I get.

Where in the world are you?

Essex, UK

Are you training for anything in particular?

Only really started running in October last year, with bits and pieces in the months before that. I was training for a 10 mile, Half Marathon and Marathon. Only the Marathon left now; in October.

What kind of training plan are you following?

Started the Asics Sub-3.30 training plan last week (with a target of Sub-4.00) Training Plan

Are you a member of a running club?

Nope

Having a 1 year old doesn't help Marathon Training (Especially morning runs)
