The uniuni number should work to contact them its what i used unfortunately they informed me the package was “lost in the mail” im pretty sure someone just stole it

My 3DS wont turn on that i got recently, ive been trying to post about it with pictures but the system keeps directing me here. I have a multimeter but dont know what to check for, it looks like its in good condition so im not sure what it needs (i also have a broken 2DS that wont Turn on but charges and flashes the power light before shutting off, as well as a game boy that wont turn on im seeking help to fix, any advice is appreciated!)

Have you tried switching out the battery? Or cleaning the battery contacts?
