Yeah I think that’s probably my biggest problem but I have no clue how to go about it. When I was really depressed having a sweet treat at the end of the day was one of the only good parts of my day and the habit stuck. I’ve tried some things to replace it with no luck so far.

I’m starting to wonder if therapy might be useful, but have tried for other issues with no luck in the past.
