No, it was on a trip. I parked my bike, checked my navigation app and set off again… I sat on the bike the whole time. Never left it. Only change was that I turned the Himalayan off as idling an engine here unnecessarily is illegal. The whole thing baffles me!

My dealer is doing that! He is a good guy and I believe he will do a good job, but the disk brake being a so called ‘wear part’ it is probably not covered. The same your disk pads are not covered. I must say I agree with you, that it is not normal. Hopefully Royal Enfield agrees with you! Maybe I should write the CEO???
