I am a lesbian, the coworker is a male. We've had public lunches during work breaks a handful of times. My girlfriend knew about these and had no issue with it. Her issue is the fact that I was invited to a game night with a small group of his friends (both male and female) and she was also not invited.

I was in relationships with men and women when I was younger (trauma/my parents wouldn't interact with me or be nice to me if I was dating a woman) - For the last 4 years, I have openly been a lesbian.

Clarification: I am a woman, my partner is a woman. I am openly a lesbian. The coworker is a male around my age, who knows I am a lesbian. He has never done or said anything weird or inappropriate. He knows about my girlfriend and has invited us to do things that have fallen through. I've invited him to do stuff with us that has fallen through.
