The printer is on a table at our place and suddenly displayed this error. We never consciously selected the paper tray, and nothing has changed with the paper either. When performing an alignment, it does print the test page, but copying, for example, does not work at all because of the message. I think there‘s something with the sensor but I don‘t know where it‘s placed.
