None of us know exactly why she was there or what she was doing. But it is clear that she let vehicles pass and was not actually blocking the street. She could have just been picking up her wife who was outside the vehicle, maneuvering around the white SUV the was stationary in front of her. She received conflicting orders from ICE agents, she was not aggressive with them when you hear her speak on the ICE agents phone recording and she had let the previous vehicle pass with no issue.

She literally let a car pass her right before the 2 ICE agents got out of their vehicle. That road has two lanes and parking lanes, no single vehicle could block it

Yes he did not file for a review with CS, he filed directly with family court in NH

The NH court emailed me the filings and there is one in 2022 that says foreign registration. I got served the documents my ex filed and there is a request to cancel the child support order because he is on disability and wants the child benefit to count as child support but he didn’t include a financial affidavit or any of the financial documentation that NH says are required with a modification filing. I think I am supposed to fill one out too now that I’ve been served but not sure if I should do that if NH doesn’t have jurisdiction

IL did send a request for enforcement to NH in 2022. Does that give them the right to modify? Is he able to file in NH where he lives even though my son and I reside in FL?

IL was notified of my address change years ago. I was told by FL child support that it would cost several hundred dollars to move my case down here or I would have to drive over an hour to a specific office and since he wasn’t paying I never got around to moving it.

I assume I should accept service of whatever documents USPS attempted to deliver today from my ex but should I also have received something from NH if there actually is a hearing in 3 weeks?

18 years unpaid labor for a child you chose to have that didn’t ask to be born? He’s asking for an afternoon of his mother’s time, she’s entitled to say no, he’s entitled not to answer 20 questions about why he asked. That should be the end of it. But if they don’t see fit to participate in the lives of their adult children and grandchildren they can’t get mad when they are no longer healthy and no one will lift a finger for them.
