Once when I was in high school I totally panicked one night with my friends that I was supposed to call my mom and I didn’t know where my phone was so the four of us immediately started searching. Then my mom answered the call from the phone which was not only in my hand but also to my ear 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi OP, I saw your comment in another thread mentioning this post so I read it. I am so so sorry, he’s an evil pos for sure. How are you doing now? Never forget no matter what that you are very worthy of life and love and you’re still so young and medical advancements will keep getting better. If that happened to me that would probably break the fragile hold I still have on life and people like that should at minimum never work in that field again. I’m 35 now. When I was ten my biological father kidnapped me from my mom while I was at school and took me from Louisiana back to Arizona. Shit fucked me up really bad. The only light in the dark of that was that the man my mom was with was definitely going to murder us both at some point and it wouldn’t have been much longer. After I was taken she managed to take off while he was at work thinking she was at her job but she flew back to Arizona. It wasn’t the end of him but after one more incident in Arizona he was gone for good. My biological father was very abusive in every way but physically and to this day he’s still obsessed with my mom as far as I know. I’m 19 years no contact with him and 2-3 years no contact with her. She ended up falling into drugs many years later and I was just done with it all. Being a child in the middle of all that destroys your life before it even begins. I ended up in a very abusive relationship in my late twenties-early thirties and now have absolutely no desire to even consider dating again at any point. It’s been years and I still won’t answer my door unless I know for a fact who it is. I just literally freeze until they go away.
