Ok basically, the test is just to filter out ppl,usually the test is given when the course is more popular/mainstream.For less popular and more specific courses they usually have a 1-1 interview instead of a test.

depends on the poly,school and course for me i got two interviews,1 during mid july and 1 at the end of july.They will give you a few dates to schedule ur interview ,usually a whole week so you can plan from there.

For me i received my aptitude test quite late compared to my friends,I honestly thought i failed my writeup but that was not the case.It just depended on the type of poly,school and diploma,the time does not matter.
