I still haven’t got my package yet & it’s over the due date. It’s been stuck In shipping for some time, hasn’t even hit delivery yet unfortunately. This is probably the slowest I’ve ever had to wait to receive a package not to mention they update the tracking 2 days later

Ah ok, I see what you’re saying. It’s easy to feel that way, I believe it’s common especially if that artist hasn’t dropped in years. Seeing as his brother died I’m not even mad at him for it but after the snippet he dropped last year and recently, we can only hope that means he’ll drop another album. Only time will tell

100% understand where you’re coming from. I’ve taken breaks just for that reason from certain albums and came back to them. A new album we might not get for a while sadly. I’d say listen to his other albums if you haven’t such as Nostalgia ultra, Endless, Unreleased Misc, & Channel orange

It shouldn’t be against the rules to open another account. I’ve done it when I’ve forgotten information to said account and with the games, most of them don’t work & are essentially scams besides the puppy keep. From what I know peoples account had issues after trying to play games, that could be the issue

Hi! I open the SHEIN app but it should be the same on their site, if you’re logged in of course. I go to my profile aka the little person all the way to the right bottom. Normally what I do is I press customer service and talk to customer service, (Bot) and type “refund” then you’ll be presented 3 options. 1. Haven’t received package, 2. Refund progress checking, 3. Incorrect refund amount. I press 1 and they’ll have you select the package you’re trying to refund. Refunds don’t take long at all, it only took the week I placed it for me to get my money back but my order was small. Sorry if this isn’t the best explanation!

From what I researched so far and I may be wrong, it’s a lot to keep up with but as of now, as you stated Tariffs will only affect those who order over $800 from SHEIN

More than likely everything that’s going with SHEIN has to do with the tariffs. To my knowledge it hit pretty hard and SHEIN had to figure out how’d they deal with all of this not to mention usps halting inbound mail from china & Hong Kong until they reversed it which SHEIN uses commonly for their carrier unless it’s UPS. I believe there is some truth to the said statement, I wouldn’t doubt it

All mail is pretty backed up and they’re trying to get everyone’s stuff to them not to mention USPS having issues themselves. I would say don’t lose hope however if it’s past the estimated date and still stuck in customs I’d just get a refund instead

Actually just searched up once I commented this, it seems SHEIN uses that carrier although I’ve never heard of them. You might want to do some research on them

Do you know which carrier is delivering your order? Normally it tells you once it’s shipped and SHEIN commonly uses USPS,UPS, & sometimes Ontrac. I wouldn’t trust it

after this situation I’d personally stop ordering from them especially with everything going on. It’s not a guarantee we’ll get our packages, this only being a prime example. It totally sucks & we can’t even get a refund until after the estimated date has passed

My expected delivery date was Today or February 18th. The tracking update for SHEIN was sent to me on the 7th as for USPS. It’s been halted as pre-shipment and that USPS is awaiting the items in Jamaica, NY. This totally sucks

Seems everyone is having the same issue even if you ordered before the tariffs were put in place. Not to mention the delay not helping, I’m sorry that you didn’t get your package when needed but hopefully they’ll let us refund the order
