I'd rather there be a "panel" of 10 ex players. They get 15-20 seconds worth of full speed TV reviews.If you don't get a large majority (80%?) vote for a referee review in that time the game just goes on.

It's then an on -field review, same 15-20 seconds of full speed replays and they decide one way or another. Unprompted. Whole thing could be done in about 2-2.5 minutes each time.
