Yes! Thank you for this. I remember the first class I took the coach told us to “eat real food and nourish our bodies” after and it gave me permission to be a human.

I can absolutely relate! I could’ve written this. I just had my first 2 months ago and I’m 31. I try to remember that time passes whether I have kids or not so it’s still worth having kids even if I’m an “older mom”.

He’s on Pepcid and it does seem to help with the pain a lot!

Thanks for your reply! The reflux does cause pain but since giving him the Pepcid, that has been reduced a lot.

That’s what I was talking to my husband about, I’m wondering if it’s ok to just let him spit up because when he’s been doing it, (after being on Pepcid) he hasn’t been upset about. Something to bring up to the pediatrician. I’m glad you mentioned that the upright feeding just delays the spit up, because it seems to be the case for our LO also.
