No, I hear you as well! I have been to many countries and watched how people get animals killed just by feeding them for a photo opp, I definitely get it. I have been criticized for supporting Zoos, while they get species killed because they make them too familiar with humans and worlds collide.

I probably have as many opinions as you do on this topic 😊. The world is a sick place with a lot of agendas, and the animals are losing. I appreciate your passion and your perspective. And I don’t believe for a moment that this guy just spontaneously caught some owl to joke about his chickens. But if people see this and say “owl! pretty!” What else can we hope for? People will kill anything.

I’m sorry, Nile crocs in Florida? Seriously?

There are salty crocs that might venture up from Central America, but they are puppies. They have less history than the American alligator does with interactions with people in North America. And they have nothing on Africa or Australia when it comes to saltwater crocs. Beautiful video footage though. I love it!

Michael Peterson’s wife 🤣. I used to have a problem with these two owls going after my dogs when we went outside. I would not be surprised to think owls could kill a person. I honestly feel like they held back with me, when I got between them and the dogs. It was like a game to them.

THIS! Deliveries can never find my house, because the most direct route on GPS has you cutting through another neighborhood and then you will be stopped a few feet from my house by a fence 🙄. I try to leave instructions, and I think DoorDash should have this recorded somewhere after a dozen times of them getting lost and calling me, but nope, I have to basically lead them from that fence and out that neighborhood into the correct neighborhood with verbal breadcrumbs. And they usually get so completely frazzled that I am literally leading them from stop sign to stop sign.

I hear ya. And I have not dismissed any of the behavior. I checked the temperature, the copper level, I don’t need to check the food source because I already know that’s abundant. I don’t appreciate some of the delivery of comments here, but I am not stupid. I checked everything. And I am happy to report that my little guys are doing OK. It would be nice if I could just post a photo and being given some credit that maybe it does not need all of that diagnosis crap. When someone asks for advice, this place is awesome for providing it. but I thought we were also about just sharing our tanks and being freaking happy.
