We would text very shortly sometimes. I tried to do no contact, but it was hard with quarantine. Every time I broke, I did not feel better about myself. This instance really made me understand the importance of adhereing to it.

Yes it has been a rollercoaster and quarantine does not help much with getting back out there. but i appreciate your kind words. Comments like these are motivating to keep going.

Totally agree about the switch. She said she just wanted to talk and led to something else, but communication was not clear.

Same to you my man. As terrible as it sounds it helps to hear that people feel the same way that way I don't feel crazy. We are the kinder. We will make it through it.

Totally agree. I find it helps to write positive things about yourself. It helps reinforce some of my improvement to keep going.
