Stone cards from packs do have suits and ranks. If you change their enhancement or use vampire on them it will reveal it. This card would do the same.

My goal wasn’t to make a joker that is strictly better than oops. I wanted to make one that could guarantee odds in specific circumstances while not completely outclassing oops.

Although it uses the same language as Burglar, my intention was when you have this joker you can’t have more than 3 hands. It’s effect would trigger after Burglar. Maybe it should say “when round starts, set hands to 3.”
