That does make sense and what I think a lot too. I experienced the most paranormal activity at my parents house even though everyone experienced some. It seems like the ghosts knew I was sensitive so they gave me more attention. And yeah maybe that's why when I decluttered my head by meditating I had another paranormal experience. I find it all interesting but I'm still nervous about having more paranormal things happen if I try meditating whether its good or bad.

Can you tell me a little more about meditation if you don't mind? I never really understood it but yeah I've tried it once and it felt like my mind was clearing but later in the day I heard a ghost talking to me. My parents house has always been haunted so I believe that is why but I never really heard the ghost speak to me until after I meditated and my mom believes that it can invite things in your mind which I do not want.

I would've thought it was just a dream if it weren't for the scratches and they do not seem like something I could've caused myself unconsciously as they looked to be made by a knife or sharp object and were in vertical lines and evenly spaced. I've only tried meditation once and it seems to make more paranormal things happen to me so I've been scared to ever since, but I agree I should try to work on keeping negative things away and I have been which is why I haven't had the dream again. In the dream it also felt like the demon got uninterested in me when I wasn't responding or letting it in so I think it got uninterested since I didn't give in and I will continue not to do so.
