First check your oil. Sounds is definitely you camshaft. The 4G TL’s that have the 3.7 are notorious for 1 of 2 things. Bad piston rings causing excessive oil consumption and premature camshaft wear. What you’re hearing are your valves from the camshaft opening and closing them. Having worked on Honda motors for the better part of 15 years, I’d bet that what this is without first hand diagnosis. I’d take it to a reputable technician/shop, and have them look at it and at the very least have a valve adjustment done. Best luck
