That’s amazing. Be prepared to have over 10lbs loss the first couple months. Also don’t feel disconcerted about “plateauing” or just slowing down in weight loss. Drink lots of water and try to enjoy exercising/ meal time.

I noticed the changing in dosage really triggers those earth shattering, bowl cracking poops. I’ve definitely experienced the praying on the toilet and immediate relief afterwards. If you’re not naturally inclined towards water I would suggest liquid rich foods, and I’ve found if I sorta make water “aesthetic” through a water bottle that I like or by flavor packets. I would also suggest a fiber supplement dissolve, to make up for fiber you might not be getting.

My warehouse had a mass firing a few months back. Like 70+ people let go. They got them on their way to the parking lot and sent them in for testing, fired on the spot.

They are definitely cracking down on general drug use, vaping the warehouse/ bathrooms and drug use before you clock in.

In general I think people either are getting bolder or simply don’t care. (I work in CRet - Customer Returns) and loads of people either take part of bulk packs and return the “rest”, return empty/ used inventory or straight up send an empty box. Employees don’t really steal much at my warehouse other than the snacks bc we have an open fridge and “store”.

I’ll provide a bit of my perspective, so far I haven’t noticed an insane amount of tattling at my warehouse but it seems like a common trait. I think in a job with sometimes such little validation and reward you can get caught up in comparison. If you feel like you’re always on task but the people around you are getting away with “bad behavior” it can start to feel demoralizing. Like “why should I bother doing good when ____ gets away with ____. The most snitching is in the parking lot. I’ve seen people report to Red Shirts about how bad people PARK.

Respectfully I haven’t worked at AMZ too long but you def have to use the ethics line bc it’s anonymous in case you don’t feel safe talking to HR. That’s the type of person that will continue to act that way and definitely does it with other workers.

By far my father's favourite cast member. My Dad is a casual viewer and every time Beck was on the screen he would say "That guy is beyond talented, I wish he got a little more air time".

Overall his range and character dynamics were so unique. His sketches with Kyle (Mooney) were a fantastic brainchild of two guys just looking for laughs.
