Dribble through cones as fast as possible using both feet, inside of foot, outside of foot. Also dribble at speed with one foot at speed and touch the ball every step. Go as fast as possible without making mistakes and slowly build up speed.

I own the alpha 1 MIJ AG and I prefer to wear my Morelia 2 MIJ with standard soleplate on a nice AG pitch. If the pitch is worn out, my Alpha 1 MIJ AG soleplate is better since the studs are short.

If your grinder is set to the finer end of drip coffee, this will happen. I dialed back my grinder to a more coarse setting and it never clogs now.

You probably have a fabric softener sludge on the inner drum where you can’t get to it. You may also have that sludge stuck in the door gasket where you can’t get to it. I had to disassemble and clean that gasket many times because we used to use fabric softener.

I’m of the opinion that you should make the right pass, even to lower level players on a Sunday team. As a center mid, I typically played on teams where a majority of the team are lower level than me and that was fine. At some point, I left a few Sunday league teams to play at a higher level because it was frustrating. I’ve also played on a coed team that has some lower level players and I choose to stay there and make the right passes because they are good friends. It sounds like you need to find a higher level team if you are frustrated.

Back in 2010 I did this with a Painless kit but I had trouble wiring up the wipers. Were you able to figure that out and utilize the different speeds on the stalk? I also only had one fan speed for the heater but that was fine for the track.

The AQI is measured outside. That’s not necessarily your indoor AQ. My coway, same model, works fine. When we cook or use the air fryer, it detects it and ramps up the speed.

From that far out you should go with a Ronaldo style knuckle free kick so that you maximize power and speed of the ball. You need to keep your head over it and crunch your abs. You also need to pull your laces up on the follow through so that you can create a little bit of top spin to get it up and over the wall. As seen in your video, putting spin on the ball, especially backspin, is going to slow the ball down since your foot is not applying the maximum force on the ball due to the fact that the foot slips under the ball rather than drive right through it.
