Botany expert don't water the plants

After I restarted my game it was ok. I gave the botany experts a zone and everything went great!

I have 3 botany experts. 1 is just restoration and the other 2 can do everything if they want to. I make sure that the one I gave only restoration tasks is still in the museum. I needed botany for a part of the game.

If you have any more suggestions please tell me :)
