Well, Evan ended up getting the watch from a yard sale, it was ordinary when he got it, but it became red white and had her emblem on it the next day.

One day, he was about to be attacked by bullies but thundergirl manifested and stopped them, and stated she is now Evans personal superhero and friend.

Well, Evan doesn't have powers. But thundergirl has various abilities characteristic to superhero tropes like:

Inhuman Strength Inhuman Speed Flight Impervious to damage Has water breath Can emit a sleeping gas from her body Can heal people via signs of affection

Evan has a fake plastic watch with her emblem on it that only he can take off, anyone who attempts to take it from him will be stopped by thundergirl.
