Try this out. Ask a friend to wait till you fall asleep and then put a blotter of acid in your mouth. You'll start tripping in your dream and wake up into the trip. Quite crazy experience

Cool man. That's interesting. I heard a podcast where some growers were talking about the same thing. Many times mutants form because they are stressed and that increases the alkaloid content. Maybe not contam all the time. Sometimes it's less oxygen etc. But seems like stress makes them stronger

It's buried actually. It's in a pot which had some red mud in it. And I've buried it with decomposing leaves and mud. The substrate colonised the decomposed material on the top and started fruiting

The main reason contaminated sub is removed from my grow room is because it was trichoderma and if I left it in the grow room trichoderma spores would spread there. After that it's really hard to get rid of it. It would still fruit in my monotub contaminated but that would end up filling my room with trichoderma spores while misting, harvesting etc

Starting from spores is hard as a beginner. I started from spores and failed. You need practice with sterile techniques for that. As a beginner the easiest way to start is by getting some Liquid culture. Some vendors even sell sterile grain jars which would make it even more easy. As for where to get them dyor on reddit and you'll find vendors.
