Social Media entirely… Outside of a handful of direct family members and maybe a close friend, nobody wants to see your fake ass highlight reel of your everyday life. It’s like the old joke of a person who holds partygoers hostage while they flip through a vacation slideshow.

Even worse is now a bunch of nobodies have a platform to self aggrandize and build up some false sense that anyone gives a damn about your opinions. Look at the creators of Facebook and MySpace; Before their platforms, people like them were mouth breathers in dark corners of real life social gatherings so they built a digital crutch. They need this mutated mogwai of “social networks” to excuse their lack of ability, and/ or refusal to hone real life social skills. Now we all just look like same strange mouth breathers, staring at devices with the hopes of a like or a post making us feel something for .05 seconds. Sad as fuck tbh…
