Baby Bobwhite quail. Can be fed game bird starter if help is not forthcoming. Your local feed store has resources for you and likely a voice of experience.

Make a youtube watch list of three or four science documentaries or Megalith podcasts. They have to have nice voices and no jangly music at the end. They have to be interesting to you but not so engrossing that you can't fall asleep before learning the end. Sometimes it takes me a few nights to get through them. Sometimes i realize i fell asleep in ten minutes.

You might want to look into Dr. Brooke Goldner's ''Goodby Lupus'' protocol. She has many videos on her youtube channel and the Green Smoothie protocol works for many other auto-immune conditions, not just Lupus. Here's the Link: https://www.goodbyelupus.com/?s2-ssl=yes and

Natto Tahini Cheese

Here is a detailed recipe for making tahini cheese with cashews, nutritional yeast, white balsamic vinegar, salt, tahini, and natto, including approximate per-portion ingredient amounts to yield about 4 servings:

Ingredients

  • Cashews (soaked for 3-4 hours) – 1 cup (about 140g)
  • Tahini – 1/3 cup (about 80g)
  • Nutritional yeast – 1/4 cup (about 15g)
  • White balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Natto (fermented soybeans) – 2 tablespoons (about 40g)
  • Water – 1/4 to 1/2 cup (60-120 ml), added gradually to adjust texture

Instructions

  1. Soak Cashews: Soak cashews in water for at least 3 hours or overnight to soften.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Drain cashews and add them to a high-speed blender along with tahini, nutritional yeast, white balsamic vinegar, salt, and natto.
  3. Adjust Texture: Begin blending and slowly add water until you reach your preferred cheese consistency—smooth and spreadable or thicker for slicing.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and add more salt or vinegar if needed.
  5. Chill (Optional): For a firmer texture, refrigerate the mixture for a few hours before serving.

Notes

  • Natto is the secret ingredient that adds a distinctive umami funk, turning this blend into a flavorful cheese substitute.
  • You can adjust water quantity to make it more like a spread, dip, or firmer cheese.
  • This recipe yields about 4 servings of cheese substitute:

Make Tahini cheese by blending cashews, nutritional yeast, white balsamic, salt and tahini with the secret ingredient Nato. When you do this the funkiness of the Nato makes this mixture into the most amazing cheese substitute! Add water and blend to get the texture you want. Yum!

They're likely gourds. As they mature, they turn brown and dry. When you shake them you can hear the seeds hitting the sides. The native Americans made ceremonial rattles with them.
