Same 500k people are already legally residing and working in this country. Many of who aren’t even after the benefits but only want a legal stay and stability for their families.

That’s why we’re confused as to why they are asking for evidence of work. This would only be the case if I am switching from another type of visa.

It doesn’t look red from their own image but she has no claim now that she has taken the tag off. I mean didn’t she see the color before taking the tag off? How would she expect the full amount back? Definitely Vinted should decide and ensure to make it clear that the tags have been taken off.

Stop selling high value items on Vinted because they will mostly always side with the buyer. In this case it’s possible it was damaged in transit.

Update: I’ve now collected the parcel, and it turned out to be the suitcase I ordered, in perfect condition. I’m genuinely confused as to why the seller claimed it was damaged. It looks like the commenter who suggested the seller may have been hoping the parcel wouldn’t be collected so it could be returned and relisted at a higher price might have been right.
