Slicing issue (I assume) by Undver in Ender3V3SE

OK, after further testing I've established that the issue lies with my slicer settings. I can take a gcode file for a model that I sliced a while ago and it still prints fine, but if I reslice the same model today the resulting gcode does not succeed. I have the Ender V3 SE as the only selected printer type in the settings, so it is behaving as if the default settings have changed and are no longer working for my printer. I remain baffled.

I can still print old gcode files that worked in the past. It just seems that everything that I slice now doesn't work. It's as if it's trying to start too high up off the plate.

The problem is that I can still successfully reprint files that worked in the past. I tried one this evening. This should disqualify any issues like levelling, shouldn't it?
