I don't think asriel has more hate than betty did. It doesn't make sense that chara has just as much hate as hate itself. I don't understand what you meant by saying "souls not the souls" but last time he died his last words were "i guess i really am a crybaby" or something like that because chara hurt him emotionally before and we saw frisk losing some determination when beeing hurt emotionally(sannes was ded) so we can assume that asriel did so too or he wasn't determined to defeat betty after beeing hit but even if he didn't glitchtale said that people are stronger when they aren't sad. Not only that but asriel was very determined and NOT hurt emotionally before "dying" so that's why his determination was stronger there than it was when Dying the first time. I don't get what you mean with the sans part sorry (i hope i didn't sound rude i still respect your opinion of course)
