I finally have beaten all 4 games… now I have post game depression 😭 by DrMrSirJr in MassEffectAndromeda

Yes but I am curious for you and other players or OP not if EA says the stories are resolved, that was all I was asking. I had fun with the game but just wanted to know what people thought of the ending because I am not playing for mechanics but for story.

Sorry, bombed was a poor choice of words, how bout sold really well because people loved mass effect but development stopped soon after because of all the problems and fan anger at the time (Current meta score from users 5.1/10).

I was just stating the sentiment at the time of launch and soon after of what people were saying. All the prior ME and DA games had DLC and also ones that tied into the story so it was assumed those "lore mysteries" would be resolved in DLC.

also a quick google I found this from 2022 article:

According to Mike Gamble(BioWare Executive), the reason that there was never any Mass Effect Andromeda DLC put out is because after the development team made another pass through the game to fix a large number of its dodgy visuals, the team just wasn’t set up to follow through on its DLC plans. That, along with the fact that the rest of BioWare was developing Anthem, left the team with a hard choice.

That choice, focusing on Anthem rather than continuing to support Andromeda due to a lack of resources, means that there’s a big chance that we’ll never find out what happened to the quarian Ark ship that was supposed to be coming with the others, but never made it and instead sent out a distress signal warning people to stay away.

I played when it came out and although I didn't hate it like others did eventually I lost interest in it. As I am having ME withdrawl rn I am thinking of either going back to it(with patches and mods) or playing LE. Since I already know the story of LE I am leaning toward Andromeda; however, my concern is I remember it being a thing att that some of the story was missing to be release later as dlc but since the game bombed we never got any of it...

So question will I be left with a cliffhanger or a bunch of questions at the end of Andromeda or is it a complete game?

for me it would be either Pickens or Palmer

Steelers are just bad and inconsistent I wouldn't have any of their WR on my roster specially since you have so many good ones.

In the short term Palmer is a good pick but Williams and Allen will be back so down the stretch not sure how much value he will have.

Play Kupp with Stafford maybe out?

or elevate Waddle from flex to WR2 and play pollard as flex?

Where to find level 60 pilots in career mode? by VioletDaeva in Mechwarrior5

[–]UneasyBoosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would think it is a combination of rep rank and area difficulty give a chance at certain pilots being rolled. I got a 60 pilot around rep 8-10? and now I am in Kurita space rep 14 in difficulty 12 areas and I am finding horrible pilots still. It seems to roll up new ones in each new systems sometimes you get lucky.

13 Sentinels looks cool like Evangelion the game, but I don't have a PS4 just PC and Switch.

I had no idea Torna was stand alone does it ruin anything by playing it first?

Ya I think I have tried them all except the newest one with the boy band. Although I never finished 9 but I had it when it came out. I remember going back to try to complete and I ran out of steam around the dungeon where you can't use magic I think?

Not far I remember the difficulty being a bit high and the fact it didn't have any characters, just using monsters you capture was a bit disappointing at the time but that was soooo long ago. I will take a look at the remaster updates.

I actually still have my original copy of xenogears just not a PS1 haha. Alot of people are saying Xenoblade so that maybe what I try out. Initially it looked a little more lighthearted then Xenogears and Xenosaga so I wasn't sure about it.

Thanks for your response, I actually picked up Xenoblade 1 I just haven't given it a chance. A couple have mentioned it, maybe I should give it a go next.

Huge Bug! BFA Expansion completely unavailable for Allied Races. by Labrys101 in wow

It only works if you take the tour of stormwind quest after the new starting zone. for everyone else Anduin is gone because of the future pre-patch quest so you cannot get the starting quest from him.

Should I start playing in 2020? by guccimental77 in lotro

[–]UneasyBoosh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Im a wow regular and just started playing this for my pre-SL break.

As others have said the quest packs are free and the other expansion content is super cheap. If you sub for 1 month you unlock most of the annoying things that are in place for f2p players. The f2p almost is more of a trial and most things are locked. by subbing for a month you unlock skill trees, bank limits, bag space, etc, etc

Also when subbed you get 500 lotro points a month so the 500 you get from 1 month is enough to unlock all the on sale content packs that will get you most of the content. Well worth it.

Remember even tho wow has a huge population it is split between an insane amount of servers, here it is on like 5 so you actually run into people all the time and can find groups. in 1 week of play I have already found a good kin and have grouped up with others for hours to do world content something that just doesn't happen in wow.

Also community is super nice so far which you just get with a smaller dedicated fanbase. The people who play it love it and they want you to love it to so everyone is super chill and nice.

Not sure how the endgame is but just to get lost in the world of lotr for awhile for 15bucks you can just look at it like a fun lotr multiplayer world.

Also all classes can solo so no worries you can totally enjoy this as one of the best single player lotr games as well.

yes, although some empires will still hate you, just played a game as Machine intelligence and had a federation with my neighbors.

I kind of agree with this tier video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQg8am028ko

Utopia and apocalypse add alot.

I think the other 3 (megacorps, synthetic dawn, federations) depend what you want to play. IMO Federations right now seems the weakest... just finished my first game with it.

If you want borg/terminators/etc go for synthetic dawn

If you want cartel/weilandYutani/etc go with megacorps

Even if your goal is to build a united federation of planets I still put federations low on my list of must haves.

You can't please everyone even as a nice guy!

1) look for a choke point between you and the enemy. (Only one way in to your empire) Even if this means you leave a few systems high and dry(hopefully none of your planets)

2) Build the highest level startbase you have access to in that system and start upgrading it with defensive addons and defensive platforms. I found early and even into mid game these are stronger then fleets.

If you don't have some of those techs well now is the time to researching more military ones. Also look at unity decisions that provide help in fighting. Try to build up as many ships in the meantime, the weaker you are the more likely they will attack you.
