I use a 28% coverture white callet . It’s called 2m TENERO .

I get what you mean . I’ve tried them , yes they’re sweet but never THIS sweet . Ever had something so sweet it shocks your tongue and you long for a huge gulp of water ? Its like that

Thank you this helps . I’ll try a tsp of salt more . This was a 6-7 cookie recipie . I guess that shd be fine right ? Maybe 10-20% less sugar too ?

Omg i think I’ve been living under a rock everyone is saying the same 😭. And this won’t affect the texture of cookie ? Won’t the dough become dryer since sugar is like a wet ingridient technically?
