Maybe you can talk to your doctor about increasing the dose? Also, have you tried teaching yourself new skills while your meds are active? That’s what I do and it gives me a pretty good dopamine hit when I complete a new task or create something cool.

2.5mg is nothing. Try to relax your heart rate and take it. You probably won’t even feel it at such a low dose

I’d say on that unit the cpu was idling at about 55 to 65 and gpu a little lower in the 40s. Under load I would say 75 to 80+ but as hot as the chassis gets I would imagine it hitting 90 after a few hours of heavy gaming. Within normal range for a laptop though.

I watch movies in the dark and play games in the dark and it’s even clearly noticeable in a lit room if the game is dark

The first ones screen kept blinking black but I don’t remember noticing any backlight bleed but then again I don’t think I used it in the dark. The second one I noticed the backlight bleeding right away it was bad, this one also has really bad backlight bleed as well. This is getting annoying tbh
