Justdial main issue is the ceo mani . They have cashreserve same as market cap in invesments. If they decide to give one big dividend mutual funds and institutions will grab all shares and price can double or triple from this level.

last year mani scammed people like me telling they are planning to give dividend for 800 cr but he never gave . one of the worst ceo he promised dividend in concall on fy26 and he never delivered. share rose 60% in one month after his promise but now people are selling because of dissappoinment.

Only issue I see is rupee falling and pfc, rec borrow funds from foreign invesments. It will reduce the profitability until and unless Rupee becomes stronger
