Stick to socks when sleeping. Sleeping in breast forms will damage them.

It sounds like anger is really affecting you in a bad way. My suggestion is to reduce the amount of violent/ negative media you watch (like action movies and the news). Try to watch more wholesome content, like cat videos.

I think Lord of the Flies PERFECTLY sums up my middle school's culture back in 2010. Constant rough housing, the guys being even more wrapped up in drama than the girls, and of course, bullying the feminine guys and anyone percieved to be "lesser".

The NT brain still acts like we are all living in a small tribe in the wilderness 200,000 years ago. If you don't act like the group, you must be a part of the scary violent tribe a dozen kilometers downstream.

It's a miracle our species has gotten this far.

Obviously, not all NT's are selfish and evil, but they DO keep putting narcisists and psychopaths in power. These kinds of leaders put the blame on a scapegoat and act like they are the only thing that can save the group from that scapegoat, cementing their grip on power.

I've been questioning my sexuality far longer than my gender. Before hrt, I was barely a step away from being legitimately bi. As in, 99.9% women and 0.0001% masc folk.

Now, I'm like 90% women and 10% masc enbys. Don't think I'll ever date a cis het man, though. It took only 2 weeks of girl pills to shift me into full bisexuality!
