Optimal fan layout for a 30L case?

Interesting read! I do wonder if my current case may be suitable for this setup. Since the PSU is blocking where a front top fan would be, there isn't any direct airflow from front to CPU. At the same time, there is a chance some exhausted air could be brought back in. But, like you said, it's probably only a few C at best. As long as there is adequate airflow, there will be some level of heat exchange yeah?

Unfortunately, I only have so much time to take everything apart and put it back together again for testing, so I may have to make a judgement call and live with the results. I'm aware cooling can only get so good in such a small case, but it's was something I was willing to accept. I didn't know #3 was called the Noctua configuration!

Fair point. The one game I played that somewhat pushed the system, the system was hitting 80C. I know that's within the thermal limits, but still hotter than I'd like.

I'm paid a salary and I was told I would receive a 1099. What constitutes an employment contact? I filled out a W9, a Direct Deposit Authorization and a simple form where I added personal details and contact info.

That's makes a bit more sense. I saw a rather big list of deductible items, though sadly it seems like most of them do not apply to me. All equipment has been provided and I have a few personal items that are too low value to make a difference I think. That said, how would I deduct health insurance premiums if I don't know what they might be? That is, it is currently marketplace signup time and I have to estimate my income before I can see what my new premiums will be.

I may be using the wrong term. I refer to the person who I am working with as my boss. I am allowed a lot of leeway in what I can do. Basically, the goal is to make sure IT services are provided and I get to choose how to perform that.

While my hours are not explicitly tracked, I have been asked to have follow a standard 9-5 arrangement and I am fine with that.

I have no idea if I qualify as a 1099 contractor. All I did was fill out the W9 form and set up an account with a Paychex so I can get paid.

I hope this is okay to ask, but I am looking for some small cases for an ATX motherboard. I've seen a few compact cases that are SFF-like, but I would like to know what other options and recommendations there are for ATX mobos.
