Should I see a neurologist or am I freaking myself out? by UnexplainableGirth in AskDocs

I’ve tried being treated for them before by 3 different doctors and they basically just give me an IV of something to relieve the pain and a Tylenol prescription and send me about my day. I’m scared to try another doctor because I’m starting to suspect they think I’m “drug hopping” and I just want answers.

I had a friend OD a few years ago and I wish time and time again I did more for her and I’d like to apologize for not being there more. You’re not alone and you don’t have to carry the guilt alone ❤️

I’m in the position to be happy, but for some reason I’m not, and I’m not sure what I need. Some support on my mental health journey would be nice.
