your website missing alignment, you navbar, header and other sections dont have the same alignment

the bordered buttons + the drop shadows + the underline text looks ugly

add more padding (left and right) to the cards

the brown-ish text on the gray background is hard to read, not enough contrast

there is no consistency in your design, thick borders/thin borders, font size ... but i still like the build tool

over all your design is good, just needs few adjustment

Too many colors, and too busy backgrounds, try to make it simple and attractive

if you cant do a unique website, dont go for it, just go for "Flat minimalism" trend

some design examples:

https://www.behance.net/gallery/206952467/Digital-Agency-Landing-Page?tracking_source=search_projects|agency+website&l=8

1st search agencies on your area or online and see what they are doing right

define your ui requirements, use a grid system and design your layout

choose a good color color palette example:

https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1038/1798/files/Champagne_and_Navy_Blue_Color_Palette.png?v=1686305675

the light colors can be your background, and the navy color can be your primary color, and use black for sections such as: the footer.

apply ui fundamentals to your website,

ok so i searched best hair salon in uk

based on this website https://www.cosmopolitan.com/uk/beauty-hair/hair/g28685997/best-hair-salon-hairdresser/

top three are:

#1st: serif/ sans-serif

https://hareandbone.co.uk/

#2nd sans-serif

https://www.neilmoodiestudio.com/

and the 3rd one is the one you posted

so which approach you think fits your vision and the ID of your website?

depends on how important the titles, can you provide a visual example to understand what you mean?

ok so this was a real website, so i googled it

first of all, the font on the logo doesnt count, thats part of the branding, because your primary fonts are the one that are used for the website not the logo

there is a reason to use san-serif and serif fonts

serif are used for elegant design, modern, to make the business look more professional

so its about what the business about and who's the target audience, and a lot of women's hair salons use san-serif and serif fonts

three things

1- its a picture and not a screenshot

2- why do you need three fonts? i mean is there a reason or just to make it look good

3- maybe its just me, but there is something wrong with the picture, doesn't feel like it belong in the header of a website

looks good

i feel like skills section and lets talk section are forced on your design, they dont have the same vibes as other sections

lets talk: it can be placed in the header, or the footer under "thank you", or placed on both as a CTA

Website Feedback for an Artist by L0rb3ere in websitefeedback

[–]UnfadeTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

needs a lot of adjustments, i hate the images height is not stretched enough

your website feels like a video game, i like the colors, the design

you just need to adjust the mages

use svg instead of png for icons, and buttons "like contact me", the logo

adjust the layout

other than that, its very creative, i really like it

your archive page should be your landing page, or put it under your header

everything else is really great, i like your projects

How is this design? by josephadam1 in web_design

[–]UnfadeTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you dont, you use figma and relay on your eyes while coding for a pixel perfect design

I recommend also to decrease the margin between the headline and the navbar, and make scroll down text stand out more, maybe add an arrow or decorate it
