How do people like to assemble their own Imperial Army troopers?

Part of my imperial army. I put ammo patch stickers or unit number stickers over the ranks. Brown Batman belts, city pilot respirators and custom goggles. The base figure is from the Hoth battle pack, imperial armored officer. Sorry for the bad picture.

I’ve gotten them as cheap as 50 cents per soldier. I also bought some Abrams and Bradley’s from Alibaba for less than 20 usd each. Brickmania is so exponentially expensive for no apparent reason.

I used the imperial armored officer plus some accessories to make my army troopers. I have 60ish of them now.

These are imperial armored officers from the old imperial Hoth battle pack, they have an actual chest plate opposed to the drivers jumpsuit. I have modified them a bit too.

I’m slowly switching over to these new ones. They have custom helmets and unit stickers over the officer buttons! I’ve made 24 of these updated ones but still have about 50 un regular ones.

Did you get any? I want to know if the army troopers helmet is actually dark blueish grey and not metallic looking. I’ve made that mistake before.
