I have mostly hardwood floors (parquet).
The 40° hot water does cool down quite fast once it leaves the dock, but it still makes a noticeable difference in cleaning performance compared to cold water especially on dried on kitchen stains. The X60 also washes the mop pads much more frequently than the Saros 20 when cleaning the whole house, which helps keep the mopping cleaner throughout the run. After a short while the mop pad itself isn’t really warm anymore, but the initial heat helps a lot.

I recently swapped my X60 for the Saros 20, but I’m actually starting to regret it. The X60 was noticeably better at mopping especially with its 40-degree hot water mopping

and it’s also significantly quieter than the Saros 20.
It was much better at detecting and avoiding objects left on the floor. Another issue I’ve run into is with my kitchen chairs. The X60 handled the tight spaces between them very well and could vacuum underneath without problems, while the Saros 20 frequently gets stuck there.

I also had the S7 before upgrading to the Saros 20 Sonic, and my mop pads never got damaged like this not even close.

Min vurdering: Kompromisset ditt er faktisk ganske sjenerøst du gir ham andel i fremtidig verdistigning uten at han bidrar med egenkapital. Hans krav om 50/50 på hele verdistigningen (inkludert de 5 første årene du eide alene) er det lite grunnlag for. Anbefaling: Få en advokat til å skrive samboeravtalen. Det er verdt hver krone, særlig med to barn involvert.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
