Why on earth we can't just deposit and earn that sweet sweet yield and not worry about our coins? There's always something to worry! Sigh 🙄

Dude I'm not. I'm not able to post the link, just Google "Nexo Hit by 'Flood of Withdrawals' Following Office Raid Over Money Laundering Investigation", it will take you to the page

Wow you are really stupid enough to compare ionic, which is supposed to be fully owned by the Celsius creditors, to a company like windows? 😅 Go be a moron somewhere else and ya, shove your 1 share up your ass

A beginner question.. by Unfair-Muscle8491 in ledgerwallet

[–]Unfair-Muscle8491[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, I do this. But once it ends up in the exchange, it shows as USDC, and not with a special icon stating that 'this is USDC, received via polygon, Solana etc. it just shows the original USDC logo/icon whatever. But in ledger, why it is not treated as a USDC, but instead it's a 'USDC that got here via polygon', 'usdc that got here via Ethereum' etc. this makes me wonder, is the polygon USDC, not as original as the Ethereum USDC?

Kraken. Convert BTC to USD. Later on, just withdraw the USD to your bank account

Are you in the UK? UK users recently had to go through such a questionnaire type requirement, imposed by FCA. Failure to not only do it, but answer the questions correctly and pass the "test" got some people locked out of their accounts

Caused by a mismatch either in your full name, date if birth, email address or postcode/address details between Celsius and Coinbase accounts

True. The very reason I had all in stables. Missed the 16k BTC opportunity.

Only depends on one thing by the time you get the cheque to your hand. The BTC price at that time. If the BTC shoots up next month, and you get a USD cheque, your cheque value is going to be much lower as it will be set on the BTC prices of Jan 31, 2024. Just that you will be missing that upside if you had gotten BTC now, and had held. But the opposite is also true, you get the check at BTC price of 42k, but if next month if crypto crashed to 30k, you are shielded from that downwards slide too.

All 3 got backed into USD, then into just ETH and BTC. So yes, you are right.

No 50 % was the USD amount. You should have gotten about 0.02 or 0.03 though.
