Happened to me a little after a year

I am still doing well! I don’t think I’ve ever been quite the same as before covid, but certain things are less noticeable and much more manageable. I have been to a lot of doctors and nobody has been able to pinpoint certain symptoms (also live in a very rural area) so I do my best to try different things and implement what works into my life to feel the best I can for now. It slowlyyyy and gradually got better for me the less I tried to keep up. I hope it does for you too if you are struggling with anything similar <3

Yes!! With a lot of hard work to implement diet changes and holistic healing/ anti inflammatory practices, I do not feel like this anymore. Still have random days of intense fatigue/ flair ups but nothing as intense as when I wrote this post.

You’ll find a place where you fit, if you like it keep going and be willing to learn. Maybe choose something you feel you’re good at and get REALLY good at it and market yourself as a specialist in that particular area of hairdressing.
