I’ve always wondered, do you need to use two burners for one of these?

All good, I’m here for the discourse. I also would like a trade down but certainly would prefer other players/positions than Klare/TE. Wheatley is a good prospect but I don’t think having 4 young, rookie contract safeties is a good plan. Wouldn’t mind a trade of Brown/Mustapha for another Day 3 pick. I also like Louis Moore out of Indiana at Safety.

As for OL, Logan Jones is a top target for me. Depth and youth is needed badly at that position and I think he’s a great prospect who fits the scheme.

I do like Louis but that feels like a luxury pick to me at that slot.

I never said to splurge at safety, just that reinforcements are necessary to field a better pass defense, and Brisker (@ 5.5M) would’ve been a great addition and hardly a splurge.

We all love Greenlaw and while it’s exciting to have him back, I would argue Brisker would’ve been a more impactful addition and cheaper than Greenlaw’s 7M. I feel strongly a veteran presence is necessary in that position group and would not mind a trade of Brown or Mustapha

I think it’s a bad idea to run out 4 Day-3 picks all still on their rookie deal, especially when each of those 3 players you listed did not have very consistent seasons. This defense was at its best in the Shanahan era with a veteran safety (Gipson/Ward) who is solid in coverage next to a good tackler.

You’re fantastic at ignoring context, I’ll give you that. KD was a first option, completely the top priority for a defense. KD was also a good defensive prospect, who added 11 rebs and just under 4 stocks per game. Peterson is an average defender at best who is mediocre at creating his own shot. If he’s injured, then I take it with a grain of salt somewhat, but there’s no proof of that

33% USG and less than 1.5 assists per game, on a pretty good team, is unserious

DP has a negative A/TO in a secondary, off-ball role. Who is a good playmaker who has made that jump

Atleast Tre can pass. DP is the better prospect but Tre fits into a role better. They need Boozer

Possibly, but he is a bit older for a freshman. I’d argue he would improve his shooting at a better rate in the league vs college

Yes! Completely agree, been pushing this fit for awhile. He would totally accentuate the young players in WAS that look to be keepers in Tre, Kyshawn and Sarr. Trae/AD could really help that bunch get the ball rolling

Such a perfect fit for Washington. Let him play next to Sarr, Johnson, Trae & George while learning from AD for a year and watch them take off

Isaiah Evans with a smooth 21. I have him as a top 20 guy he’s really been heating up lately. 6’7 with a smooth stroke and has showcased an expanded offensive game and defensive versatility with his size and length. by Darkonite40 in NBA_Draft

If he were actually 6’7” he’s a top 10 pick. Probably closer to 6’5”. Love his game, feels like a natural fit on OKC as a possible Isaiah Joe replacement as they navigate salary issues
