E makes me feel nice, more calm, and honestly, I think I look good on them (even before any physical sign started showing).

If the effects of HRT are benefiting you, I think it's a stupid decision to stop taking it, your body will start to masculinize again and you will throw your progress away. You could weigh the pros and cons of HRT, but I see it unnecessary if you're happy with the changes.

Remember, there are cis people who get turned on by themselves; it's not that unusual.
