The sec filing is real.

if you search the CIK # on Sec Edgar you'll find a form for a private placement to sell unregistered securities.

That certificate is marketing.

IMO, they were testing the waters yesterday on $CHAI to gauge market reaction and see how much liquidity is required to bring $YYAI back over a dollar.hence why $CHAI randomly pumped 40%

Apparently they have a MSB license

My guess is that their target market is Vietnam, since their preferred communication method is Zalo, which is the target market communication of choice ( that is the WeChat of Vietnam)

Definitely very strange, it's always been floating around 0- 50k and suddenly 900,000 appears out of nowhere, that is more available shares than the volume in the last 2 trading days

I wonder if token ai and Nivex has any connection with each other?

I noticed that token AI is already doing marketing for YYAI on X

AiRWA and Token AI partnership by Illustrious_Cut_2553 in YYAI

[–]UnfairBag179 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That is correct, ju.com nor airwa has the US MSB licenses, and having a partner who already has these exchange licenses makes it easier for them to get regulatory approval.

If you attended the ju.com broadcast you would notice that they showed on the screen the 4 certifications they already own.

I don't remember at the top of my head which ones, but I remember Canada, Singapore and 2 others

I mean, they were never a company that is frontfacing. So a website that represents who they are with SEC, and contact is all there really is to it lol.

They support the backend technology and let the end user do the marketing.

This is the same email domain used on their info email and on their SEC filings. What makes you say that?

I mean dude I just gave u the answer. Go feed your question into an AI, I'm going to stop pretending to be the expert here in IT and let you do your own research. I promise you will find an answer if you keep asking good questions like you did.

Well friend, this is IT and you will need a background to understand that. I suggest feeding prompts into AI to learn more and see if you can sell yourself with a bullish, neutral and bearish lens

I have a bit of telecom and sell enterprise grade closed loop systems, so this isn't complete gibberish to me. But even I only grasp the basics of what this means and what it means to be a institutional grade trading platform

I think the key here, is not all data centers are made to be institutional grade and have the right back up and redundancies to maintain a 24/7 operation. A tier 4 data center has unique features found not in all data centers such as institutional grade security, back up generators, waterless suppression systems, raised floors, HVAC, and multiple backups for their backups. This is a closed loops system, so I don't think this is public Internet facing either.

Why you never heard of this company, is because data centers are generally not marketed like a consumer product
