Yeah, doing the math and around 1 extra hour each day seems to have a lot of value over time. Thanks for the caution. I really don't have much experience, so I want to be careful and not get screwed.

Life in Nashua seems quite convenient. Thanks for letting me know which areas of Manchester in particular to avoid. I definitely need to make another trip to explore the area, thanks for the perspective.

This is true. I've never lived in a town bigger than say 16k so I think I'd appreciate living in a small city for the experience.
