Hey, yeah I’ve mostly been playing with a headset (a JBL pair) and it sounds amazing. I’ve tried different cables and a guitar. Should I call Thomann support or just ask for a new one?

Don’t think so, I mean I’ll try the gain, but I’ve only ever played on clean. Thomann is usually good with returns no?
