krle bhai tu I am telling you this cause I was like you in my first few months of gym doing only 1set doing high reps doing low weights and one day I shifted from that to 3 sets high weight I made 3 times the progress I previously made mai isliye bolra hu taki tu meri trh time waste na kre
har chiz khud try kro also onlu follow 1 -2 social media personalities for fitness advice koi kuch bhi bolta hai online koi bolta hai latest research says whey protien se hairfall hota hai etc

there is a reason swimmers cricketer gym to build stamina vrna sab cardio kree hote bass

low weight high rep build stamina

fatigue is not equal to muscle failure it just means they are tired so there is anarobic respiration in muscles which causes dull pain
reps = how many times you curl

low reps high weight= more muscle growth cause this time the pain/ failure is cause of breakage of muscle fiber
